Does haveminor scuffs and scratches on the plastic. There are very tiny scratches on the mirror, but very hard to see unless you are at the right angle. Great condition overall. It is a Velvac Mirror and sticks out about 21 7/8" front the side of the van. It does NOT pull out. Please CHECK OUT ALL THE PICS!Please Note: These mirrors do NOT come with the foam that goes inbetween the mirror and the van, you will have to reuse your old one. Easy Bolt on!Over $500 GM LIST!
