Best humidity levels for African giant millipedesAs a tropical species, giant millipedes do best with humidity levels between 70-80% during the day and higher at night. One of the best ways to do this is keeping the substrate appropriately damp. Simply pour water into 1/3 of the substrate until it’s moist, but not saturated or swampy. This gives the millipedes options of dampness levels they can be in.
