The cold, hard truth, aka shipping & handling terms: As projected by eBay's shipping calculator, domestic shipping costs on Priority packages reflect USPS counter price--with First Class parcels being a close estimate of actual price within the fluctuating per-ounce rate--plus $0.73 in my handling fees. This handling fee not only contributes toward the obvious selling expenses of bubble wrap, boxes, printer ink, and tape, but more significantly towards the steep selling fees imposed by Ebay on your total invoice (sale price + tax + shipping).
