Description: A scarce early-war pair Kriegsmarine binoculars, with Nordsee property markings, which would have been used by a variety of KM personnel - from land-based to surface vessels and U-boats etc. They are inscribed with the Carl Zeiss Jena logo, as well as having the early style of KM Reichsadler property marking to the left of this - which remains intact and has not been erased like so many seen today. Whilst still remaining functional on the whole; if intended to be used at all then the optics would benefit from a full internal service/cleaning to remove hazing. A desirable early WWII era Kriegsmarine issue binocular which makes for a very nice display piece!
